Carraway Village adds new outdoor amenities to enhance community living

CHAPEL HILL – Carraway Village Apartments, a rental community that anchors the Carraway Village mixed-use project developed by Northwood Ravin, announced the completion of several new outdoor amenities. Located in north Chapel Hill, with convenient access to I-40, Carraway Village Apartments offer a wide range of unique features designed to blend luxury, convenience, and a true sense of community.

New additions to the amenity package include two pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, a one-acre dog park, and a multipurpose lawn. Some of the preexisting outdoor community amenities include the on-site beer garden, an oversized pool with a designated lap lane, and an indoor/outdoor yoga studio and lawn.
