Carrboro Cookout at the Carrboro Farmers’ Market

Join the Carrboro Farmers’ Market this Labor Day Weekend for Carrboro Cookout – a showcase of local meat from local farmers! On Saturday, September 3rd, shoppers can enjoy samples of meat products to inspire their Labor Day Weekend grilling – things like chicken wings, garlic brats, Italian sausage, and more, all from CFM farmers. CFM farmers raise and sell a diverse range of local NC meats, including chicken, duck, pork, beef, lamb, and bison. Shoppers will be able to pick up a list of all of our meat farmers with the products they offer. This event is free to the public and will run from 9am to noon. Carrboro Cookout support is provided by Got To Be NC.

The CFM is currently open Saturdays year-round (7am-12pm April-October and 9am-12pm November-March) and Wednesdays seasonally (3-6pm April-November) at Carrboro Town Commons.
