March for Affordable Housing

The Community Empowerment Fund is hosting a march that will take place starting at 1PM at the Peace and Justice Plaza in Chapel Hill and march down Franklin, ending in front of the Jackson Center. The goal of this march is to encourage the development of housing for community members who make 30% the average median income and below, many of whom have become homeless due to increasing housing prices in the area.
