FreeSIX-WEEK WALKING CHALLENGE
Our 6 Week Walking Challenge is designed to get you moving every day for about 20 – 30 minutes. Research has shown that walking or moving continuously for just 20 minutes a day can significantly improve your physical and emotional health.
