Chapel Hill – A close look at the detour from the South Columbia/Rosemary parking lot entrance to the Wallace Parking deck entrance. This will remain in place for approximately the next six months while construction of a new parking garage is underway. This is one of four extended road closures with detours announced last week by the Town of Chapel Hill.
