CHAPEL HILL – A missing person. Yueh-Ning Cheng, 28, of Chapel Hill, has been found, according to the Chapel Hill Police Department. CHPD was seeking the community’s assistance in locating Cheng, who had previously last been seen around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19 in the area of Forsyth Drive. Cheng is believed to have left willingly.
“Yueh-Ning Cheng has been safely located,” the Chapel Hill Police Department confirmed to TLR the afternoon of Wednesday, August 20.
Anyone with additional information about the situation should call 911 or contact the Chapel Hill Police Department at 919-968-2760 (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday). Callers who wish to remain anonymous can call Chapel Hill-Carrboro-UNC Crime Stoppers at 919-942-7515.
